FSA attended the enlightening Pre-Conference of STA’s Annual Conference 2016 dedicated this year to address “Shakespeare in Prisons: In Practice” which took place January 25-27 at University of Notre Dame, in South Bend, Indiana in the United States of America.

FSA is grateful to the hosts at University of Notre Dame and to the Directors of these Educational and Social Programmes that bring Shakespeare to the imprisoned populations transforming their lives and those of their family members too. Without any doubt our aim is to carry out these powerful and innovative Educational Programmes into our correctional facilities. For it we implore local authorities to pay special attention to these Social, Educational and Inclusive Programmes and collaborate with us to implement these in our country.
